A traditional Mexican dish with chipotle roasted chicken served on a fresh tostado shell(2 per order), topped with jalapenos, cilantro, and cotija cheese. Served with cilantro lime rice.
May 12 - Greek Chicken Wrap
Braised chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and feta cheese, in a giant tortilla wrap. Served with Greek lemon dill rice.
May 19 - Indian Butter Chicken
Traditional Indian butter chicken simmered in a flavorful creamy tomato sauce. Served with steamed rice and naan flatbread.
May 26 - Italian Chopped Salad
Fresh greens topped with Italian meats and cheeses, and fresh veggies with a house made balsamic vinaigrette. Served with a cup of minestrone soup and fresh baked focaccia bread.
